More than 85% of what STS sells to its customers is manufactured within its group factories located in India and Thailand. The majority of the balance comes from STS-supervised manufacturing facilities in China.

STS has an installed capacity of manufacturing over 1.75 million jewelry pieces in a year. What lends a much stronger punch for STS is its in-house capability to cut over a million carats of color stones including the hot selling and exotic gems such as Tanzanite, Tsavorite, Emerald, Ruby and Sapphire.

The manufacturing plants are state of art and the skilled human resource base so necessary in the jewelry industry now reaches almost 1800 persons.

The group makes extensive use of information technology to lend the sharp edge to its operations. All the group companies are fully computerized and use custom tailored ERP software to make its processes, inventory management and customer relations more efficient both in terms of cost and time.
